2. THIRD THURSDAYS AT THE NELSON-ATKINS MUSEUM
Thursday, April 20, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Every third Thursday of the month, adults get to enjoy a night at the museum. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Arts brings together live music, art activities, and a showcase of local artists. April’s theme is The Fine Print. Learn more here.

3. “THE LOT”
Thursday, April 20, 2017, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
This musical is written, produced and performed by Kansas City youth. Their focus is to encourage healthy life choices. The play also features a performance by Empire’s Bre-Z. Learn more here.

4. RESTLESS SPIRITS CIGAR EVENT
Thursday, April 20, 2017, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

10. GAMECHANGERS: “BADUIZM” TURNS 20

“I think you better call Tyrone.” This year marks the 20th anniversary of Erykah Badu’s “Baduizm.” This tribute to the neo-soul album features several local artists singing Badu’s hits. Learn more here.
