1. DTLA JANUARY ART WALK
Thursday, January 12, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
The Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk is a non-profit organization that strives to support the local community and economic development by supporting local artists, small business, youth, etc. Every 2nd Thursday they host the DTLA Art Walk, which has become a staple event downtown. Art lovers have the opportunity to take a self-guided tour of unique and beautiful galleries around DTLA. 2. POST MALONE AT OHM NIGHTCLUB
Thursday, January 12, 2017, 9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Post Malone will be make a special apperance at OHM nightclub, and you don’t want to miss it. With the recent announcement of his highly anticipated sophomore album, Beerbong and Bentlys, the young star will be throwing an album release party to celebrate. 3. SNOOP DOGG LIVE PERFORMANCE AS DJ SNOOPADELIC

We all know that Snoop Dogg had a very interesting Reggae moment. Snoop showed us that he can crossover just as well as any other rapper nowadays, and now he will be showing off his DJ skills. 4. THE RAP SHOW

Nelly has a pretty lengthy and successful career as a rapper, but he took a pretty long hiatus from the rap game not too long ago. Well now he is back with a new album and a hit song with Fergie to kick off the new year. He even brought some friends with him, such as DMX, Too $hort, and Jayo Felony to name a few. 5. ZEN AND KUSH
Saturday, January 14, 2017, 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
We all deserve to feel our best, and what better way to get in tune with your inner self than through self healing? This event, presented by Lizzy Jeff, is about the art of self healing. 6. BABY GIRL – THE LADIES OF HIP HOP AND RNB 90S-NOW

Who runs the world? Girls! If you love all of Rihanna and Beyonce’s hits, but still love to dance to TLC and Aaliyah, you are in serious luck. This party will spin all the hottest tracks from some of the most influential female artists in hip-hop and R&B. 7. BRIDGES 14 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Medusa Lounge is known as a bar that plays classics and relevant hip-hop. The Bridges party is known to turn up the party an extra notch and has been going strong for 14 years. 10. JAE MURPHY AND FRIENDS 2017 “RARE FORM” HBCU REUNION
Sunday, January 15, 2017, 9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Jae Murphy is celebrating his birthday in a big way with his many friends. Come out and see Jae and his famous friends in rare form while also networking with fellow HBCU alumni.
