1. MAKE AMERICA SKATE AGAIN
Monday, October 31, 2016, 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m..
Celebrate Halloween at The Fillmore Philadelphia and come cap off their one year anniversary in a way they have never done before! They are bringing in a pro skating floor and will have DJs to keep you moving. Skating and admission is free for all ages from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  They will pick back up for the 21+ crowd with progressive pricing at 8:00 p.m.. 2. SOULCOMEDY @ WARMDADDY’S
Wednesday, November 2, 2016, 8:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Take a night to enjoy live standup comedy as well as some of the best southern cuisine in the world. There will be free giveaways, surprise guests, the full dinner menu and appetizer specials. Learn more here.

3. NAACP FALL HAPPY HOUR
Thursday, November 3, 2016, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

6. THE PHILADELPHIA POETRY SLAM
Friday, November 4, 2016, 8:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Check out the largest adult slam event in Philadelphia that takes place on each first Friday from October to May. Each time you can expect an out-of-town featured poet, two hilarious hosts, a DJ and top of the line slam. The styles of the poets who step on the stage are as diverse as this great city. 7. FIRST FRIDAYS WITH MATTHEW LAW

8. SOUNDS IN A GALLERY

This is Philadelphia’s premier spoken word poetry based open mic. Hosted by Poetry247.com founder, Christopher K.P. Brown and New Jersey vocalist Justin Graham, the event takes place every first Saturday of the month. The first hour of the event is dedicated to open mic artists. The second hour is for the featured acts. This event is a perfect way to end or begin your Saturday night in Philadelphia. Come out and enjoy some good poetry, good music, good food and a good time. 9. KING KOUNTRY WAYNE
Sunday, November 6, 2016, 9:15 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.

10. CARIBBEAN BLEND WORLD PARTY
Sunday, November 6, 2016, 10:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.
